  • Then Immediately send supplies to collection facility closest to you

  • And ship supplies to US Embassy of the country where Beneficiary is located

YOUR STEPS

Go to your DNA Collection Appointment. Make sure to bring a photo ID.

The following information will make the process go smoothly:

  • Names of all parties involved
  • Location of all parties
  • Contact information for all parties
  • USCIS Immigration case number

We follow up with the sample collection site to ensure your case is moving quickly.

  • Your sample is shipped to our lab. We'll provide you a tracking number so you can track your sample's location. 

  • Genegle's friendly Case Manager will follow up with the collection site to confirm everything went smoothy.

The Beneficiary is contacted by the Embassy to schedule a sample collection appointment.

  • The turn-around time for every Embassy is different and changing, but don't worry - Genegle stays connected with the Embassy and updates you on any status changes.

  • If your deadline is approaching, Genegle will send an Extension Request on your behalf to USCIS for an extra 90 days.

The Beneficiary goes to the appointment at the Embassy and submits a sample.
